Alien Spirituality

Spirituality is a unique attribute of man and of the experience? Do non-human intelligent beings exist and, if so, these people have religious beliefs or souls?

at least one major world religion has indicated that its response to these questions may not yes, and yes, in that order. While the principle of non-human intelligent life is one of the driving themes of science fiction and fantasy, most creative work in these genres avoid direct discussion of spirituality religion or faith exotic. There are some notable exceptions, however, they are studying, and to help us examine our own spirituality and limits may be placed in it, even unconsciously.

The presence of the Mist-Weaver human encourages its students to examine the limits of their faith and spiritual understanding; as the burning bush, indicating the presence of God, Moses challenges of faith and growth.

Despite the fog-Weaver is spiritually more advanced than human beings, interacting, not presume to dictate human behavior or beliefs, solve human problems, or to protect their students against the consequences human actions. However, each one of us, although we can not use words to describe our spiritual desires, hunger of a sense of community and belonging, a sense of self and our unique place in this vast universe.

In other words, we want to live our spirituality and its relationship implicit with God, but we understand that God is and what we call the divine name. However, we struggle with our greatest fear of man: having lost our creator "The full friendship "in the words of the Vatican astronomer, who will never be enough or worthy enough to assert that the ultimate spiritual kinship.

Foreigners may God give us much credit. If / when the day comes that we openly non-human intelligent beings, we can see that the experience brings us much closer to recovery and life of our own spirituality than ever thought possible.

You can always choose to accept the unknown, foreign rather than fear.
